What do we need from you?

• Qualifications: Degree/Licentiate in Business Administration and Management, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, special/professional training, or related degrees.

  Knowledge and/or experience:

  • Specific training in banking business and financial product management.

  • Knowledge and experience in asset products, both for individuals and companies.

  • Knowledge of international business and associated products.

  • Knowledge of the processes for contracting, formalization, and lifecycle management of financing operations.

  • Proficiency in office tools at an advanced user level, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Teams.

  • Knowledge of AI.

  Language skills: for active participation in meetings and communication with teams and providers.

• Knowledge of banking regulations applicable to financing products.

At Banco Cooperativo de Crédito, we are looking for Asset Product Technical Staff.

• • Design and develop Financing and International Business products across different marketing channels, ensuring their suitability for client needs, the business, and the regulatory framework.

  • Define, maintain, and evolve the Financing and International Business Product Catalog, ensuring the functional, commercial, and operational coherence of the offering.

  • Act as Product Owner for Asset Products, leading the definition and prioritization of business needs, functional requirements, and user stories; establishing acceptance criteria; coordinating execution with the various areas involved; validating functional developments before production; and performing comprehensive monitoring of initiatives to ensure the achievement of defined objectives.
