The role
At Banco de Crédito Cooperativo (BCC), we need to incorporate a person into the Tax Control Staff [8113] within the Financial General Directorate.
What you'll do
- Ensure the compliance and updating of the tax obligations of BCC and the rest of the Group Entities, analyzing regulatory developments in tax matters that affect said compliance and supervising the necessary updates to processes and operations.
- Analyze the tax impact of the most significant operations of BCC and the rest of the Group Entities, to ensure the optimization of tax efficiency and strict compliance with tax regulations.
- Advise and resolve tax matters.
- Report on the criteria applicable in the calculation of Corporate Tax, as well as supervise and direct the preparation and filing of tax returns/settlements.
- Prepare the Related Party Transactions dossier.
- Calculate the VAT pro-rata.
- Prepare the VAT Group report.
- File claims and appeals for non-compliant settlements before the various Tax Administrations.
- Coordinate and attend Inspection visits from the various competent bodies in tax matters.
- Manage, follow up, and control services contracted with providers, ensuring that the service levels are those established in the agreement or service contract.
