Senior C++ Software Engineer (Embedded)

Do you feel like joining the MADRID team and participating in an Engineering project within a team made up of dynamic personnel whose goal is the Software management of one of the most important companies in the sector?

• Participation in the development and maintenance of software solutions primarily using C++, also collaborating on developments within the Java ecosystem.
• Contribution to the technical definition of solutions, participating in the analysis, design, and implementation of functionalities.
• Daily work with tools and approaches based on Artificial Intelligence applied to software development, boosting productivity and product quality.
• Close collaboration with multidisciplinary teams within a SAFe/Agile environment, participating in the entire development lifecycle.
• Provide support to QA teams during validation, testing, and incident resolution phases. You will interact with technical and functional stakeholders to understand business needs and propose value-driven solutions.
• Provide continuous improvement ideas, contributing not only to development but also to the evolution of solutions and processes.

• Degree in Engineering or equivalent training.

• Solid experience in software development with C++.

• Knowledge of or interest in working in Java environments.

• Interest in new technologies and especially in the application of AI to software development.

• Ability to participate in the definition and design of technical solutions.

• Comprehensive vision of the development lifecycle and experience collaborating with QA and testing teams. Knowledge of agile methodologies, preferably in SAFe environments.

• Good communication, teamwork, and autonomy skills.
