We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in the Energy sector to lead transformation initiatives and functional evolution in any of the following business domains:

• Sales
• Customer Service
• Hiring

• Leading end-to-end projects within the Sales, Customer Service, or Contracting domains.
• Managing project planning, scope, budget, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate functional teams, technical teams, and vendors.
• Overseeing analysis, design, testing, deployment, and post-launch support activities.
• Ensuring compliance with established deadlines, quality standards, and objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization.
• Preparing executive reporting and monitoring KPIs.

The person will be responsible for coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing the relationship with the business, and ensuring the correct execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment between business objectives and the implemented technological solutions.

• Project Management.
• Demonstrable experience in the Energy sector.
• Functional experience in at least one of the following areas:
  • Sales.
  • Customer Service.
  • Contracting.
• Experience in implementing, evolving, or maintaining CRM platforms.
• Stakeholder management and coordination of multidisciplinary teams.
• Functional analysis and requirements definition.
• Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Anthropic Claude.
• Spec Driven Development (SDD).

• More than 10 years of experience in project management.
• More than 5 years of experience in Energy sector projects.
• Demonstrable experience in any of the required functional domains (Sales, Customer Service, or Contracting).
• Demonstrable experience in CRM environments.
