Requirements

What we're looking for

Degree in Business Administration or related fields to technology.
Experience in sales and management of IT services in large accounts of at least 5 years.
Business orientation: ability to build a solid network and grow accounts.
Results orientation: management of SLAs, KPIs
Experience in drafting IT proposals.
High level of Catalan and English.
Availability to travel occasionally.

Nice to have

Knowledge in areas such as web development, infrastructure, data, technical support, etc. will be positively valued.
Having your own vehicle is a plus.

We are expanding our team and we are looking to bring in a Head of Managed Services to boost services within this area for our main clients.

Mission: To grow Managed Services within Between Group's key accounts incrementally. To present and win MS proposals, create value and accompany major accounts in their evolution from staffing to the provision of this type of services.

What you'll do

Business development in Managed Services within the largest clients.
Evolution of existing services that need to be changed to Managed Services.
Analysis of Managed Services proposals: gathering requirements, drafting proposals, presenting to clients.
Work jointly with the General Manager and the Chief Operations Officer.
