Requirements
What we're looking for
- Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

We are looking to hire a person for the position of Structural Repair Manual (SRM) Design Lead, who will play a key role in the definition, development, and validation of structural repair solutions for civil aeronautical programs.
You will work in close collaboration with multidisciplinary engineering, structural analysis, and technical support teams, ensuring the correct preparation of maintenance and repair documentation in accordance with established aeronautical standards.
What you'll do
- Design tasks and illustrations for the Structural Repair Manual (SRM) based on structural analysis results, including Fatigue & Damage Tolerance and static analysis.
- Develop and update the technical documentation necessary for the implementation of modifications and repair tasks.
- Design structural elements in 3D using CATIA.
- Define structural repair principles for metallic and composite material components.
- Prepare Final Source Data for the implementation of structural modifications and repair procedures.
- Validate designs, 3D models, drawings, and associated technical information.
- Coordinate with structural calculation, product engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure the technical viability of the proposed solutions.
- Guarantee compliance with aeronautical sector design standards and methodologies.
- Identify technical risks and propose corrective actions to ensure the quality and compliance of deliverables.
- Act as a technical reference within the structural repairs area.
