As a TRAVEL AGENT you will be responsible for:
●Customer service for advice and sales of flights, hotels, holiday packages, and other services.
●Making reservations through the system, as well as resolving incidents, changes, and cancellations.
●Administrative management, invoicing, etc.
●Making all types of reservations: flights, trains, hotels, rental cars, holiday circuits, etc., according to the requests made by the customer.
●Processing and preparing the necessary documentation for the customer's trip for delivery (booking locators, tickets, travel information, insurance, etc.).
●Performing invoicing and collection of services provided to the customer in cash or by credit card through the tool indicated for such purpose.
●Collaborating in the atmosphere of the Agency, keeping information updated, to guarantee compliance with the Promotional Plan and Commercial Plan defined by the Company (posters, brochures, last-minute offers,...).
