Requirements

What we're looking for

We would love to meet you if you have:
A Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or similar.

Proficiency in Python and libraries for LLMs and agents: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, SmolAgents, etc.

Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform: Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, BigQuery.

The ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams.

Knowledge of Vertex AI (Agent Builder, Search, Platform).

Monitoring and observability of LLMs (Langfuse, Phoenix).

Knowledge of Data Engineering for batch processes.

Experience in traditional machine learning (PyTorch, model training, tabular ML).

What are we looking for?
To design, build, and industrialize generative AI solutions that are robust, scalable, and capable of operating in high-volume production environments. To ensure that AI products are developed on solid, efficient architectures aligned with the strategic needs of the business.

Your main functions:
End‑to‑end construction and industrialization of generative AI solutions: ingestion, processing, deployment, and monitoring.

Orchestration of complex flows in Google Cloud (Cloud Run, Agent Engine, Vertex AI Pipelines, Cloud Functions, Cloud Composer).

Ensuring scalability and performance, applying engineering and MLOps best practices to optimize costs and detect bottlenecks.

Governance and quality of AI assets: models, prompts, agents, datasets, and best practices, promoting reuse and standardization.

Agile prototyping and execution of pilots alongside the business, evaluating technical feasibility and impact.

Liaising with internal areas, proposing AI solutions that add value, improve processes, and optimize the customer experience.
