What you'll get

The annual salary for this position is between €30,000.00-€60,000.00 per year. The factors that may influence remuneration within this range include, among others, the skills, training, experience, and other specific qualifications of the selected candidate. The role

Position: Maintenance Manager (HVAC & Facilities)
Location: Palma de Mallorca
Working day: full time

As Maintenance Manager, you will lead the comprehensive management of the client portfolio, driving business growth and ensuring the maximum profitability of maintenance contracts. You will have a direct impact on clients by ensuring an efficient, optimized, and high-quality service, improving both their experience and the performance of their facilities. At the same time, you will develop your leadership skills by managing technical teams and participating in the strategic decision-making of the area.

What you'll do

Manage and coordinate the client portfolio for the Balearic Islands Delegation and Tarragona province
Ensure the safety and prevention of the team
Define and implement the Sales plan
Perform commercial visits to clients with contracts
Make the portfolio profitable, sales plan, cost control, and margin
Hiring technicians and training plan
Productivity
Warehouse stock control
Lead teams of 10/12 technicians + Planner
