• You have at least one year of experience in apartment rental real estate companies or tourist apartment management companies.
• You have knowledge of booking systems and PMS (Property Management System).
• You have a good level of English; 95% of our clients are international.

• Key Responsibilities. Active Sourcing: Prospecting and closing deals with multinationals, consultancies, embassies, and production companies.

• Strategic Networking: Developing alliances with Relocators, Housing agencies, Business Schools (IE, IESE), and hospitals.

• Pipeline Management: Leading the sales cycle from the first contact to the signing of framework agreements and corporate conditions.

• Revenue Maximization: Working alongside the Revenue team to optimize ADR (Average Daily Rate) and medium-stay occupancy.

• Market Analysis: Monitoring the competition in Madrid and detecting new demand opportunities.

• Retention: Management and growth of current strategic accounts to ensure recurring business.
