The role
We are looking for a highly motivated Office Director with solid experience in the financial sector to lead one of our branches. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for driving commercial growth, ensuring excellence in customer service, and coordinating a high-performance team. You will actively participate in the local business community, establishing strategic relationships with companies, associations, and economic agents in the area to consolidate our presence and achieve the business objectives established by the entity.
What you'll do
- Design and implement the strategic commercial plan to ensure the growth and profitability of the office.
- Coordinate, motivate, and develop the branch team, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Efficiently manage financial risks and ensure compliance with internal and external operational regulations.
- Exercise the institutional representation of the entity, participating in events and generating networking with professional associations and the local business community.
- Make autonomous commercial decisions oriented towards the acquisition and loyalty of key clients, especially in the SME and corporate segments.
Requirements:
- Consolidated previous experience of at least 5 years in bank branch management roles.
- Solid knowledge of the local market and proven ability in commercial and team management.
- Advanced negotiation skills, financial risk analysis, and strategic vision.
- Competencies in banking management tools, CRM, and the Office environment.
- Language: Native or bilingual Spanish.
- We will positively value bringing a strong customer orientation, institutional networking skills, and specific previous experience in commercial banking.
