At Meliá Hotels International we are looking for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager for our hotel Hacienda del Conde, located on the Paseo Marítimo in Palma.
Mission of the position: reporting to the Hotel's Food & Beverage Director, your mission will be to organize and supervise the activities of the staff in order to guarantee the quality of service provided to guests in the hotel's restaurants and bars, contributing to the achievement of its food and beverage ratios and the hotel's economic, quality, work environment, people development, and operational objectives.
