The role
Perform social intervention activities, accompaniment, and promote participation in leisure and integration activities for our target group within CEAR's facilities, in order to enhance the autonomy, dignity, well-being, and inclusion of the beneficiaries of the Emergency Program in CEUTA. Reporting directly to the Management of the Emergency Facility in CEUTA and in coordination with the Humanitarian Action area of CEAR's SSCC.
What you'll do
- Inform, collaborate with, and accompany beneficiaries in carrying out procedures related to their stay in the emergency facility in CEUTA.
- Perform the necessary management for prevention and/or treatment in the healthcare field.
- Propose, develop, and execute leisure, social, and cultural contextualization activities for adults and minors.
- Participate in the logistical tasks of reception. (Support the initial registration of people received in the Emergency Facility and the assignment of beds, monitor the adequacy of bed distribution and propose exceptional adjustments when necessary, etc.)
- Ensure coexistence in the center: perform prevention and mediation activities in conflict situations.
- Execute the tasks and actions assigned in the intervention designed by the Management of the facility.
- Participate in group sessions in coordination with the Humanitarian Action Area
- Provide occasional support in interpretation tasks, if required.
- Provide support in the administrative management of the Program, if required.
- Participate in team meetings at the reception facility, when required.
- Register information in the internal CEARNET database and any other database dependent on the management of the Program.
- Comply with the provisions of CEAR's Security Policy and Regulations. Participate in the planned Information Security training sessions, responsibly and proactively, incorporating what is learned into the daily performance of the job. Communicate incidents through the Information Security Incident Log established for this purpose.
