The role
Carry out social intervention activities for our target group and promote their participation in leisure and integration activities within the humanitarian reception facilities, in order to favor the reception, dignity, and well-being of the beneficiaries of the Emergency Program in Ceuta, reporting directly to the Management of the emergency facility in CEUTA.
What you'll do
- Advise, collaborate with, and accompany beneficiaries in carrying out procedures to access services or manage resources.
- Manage prevention and/or treatment in the health field.
- Carry out the information sessions designed by the technical team, including those relating to the facility's rules and the signing of documentation.
- Provide advice to users regarding activities related to daily life, necessary for their personal or family care.
- Plan and conduct workshops and group sessions for coexistence, conflict resolution, and mediation within the facilities.
- Travel for the purpose of picking up people and providing accompaniment.
- Refer beneficiaries to the organization's internal/external services when formal technical assessment is not required.
- Provide support in interpretation and, occasionally, in the translation of documents.
- Support the management of coexistence, as well as logistical tasks of the Humanitarian facilities such as: Supporting the initial registration of people received in the Emergency Facility and the assignment of beds, and following up on the adequacy of bed distribution and proposing exceptional adjustments when necessary, among other tasks.
- Monitor the tasks and intervention actions assigned by the Facility Management.
- Support the administrative management (documentation for the internal report, economic justification, among others) of the Program.
- Register information in the CEARNET internal database and any other used for the management of the Program.
- Comply with the provisions of CEAR's Security Policy and Regulations. Participate in the planned Information Security training sessions, with responsibility and in a proactive manner, incorporating what is learned into the daily performance of the job. Communicate incidents through the Information Security Incident Log established for this purpose.
