What you'll do

Carry out the tasks necessary to perform the different operations of loading and unloading tankers and industrial vehicles, production, manufacturing, maintenance, and ship unloading, in compliance with the operational manuals and established procedures, following the planning provided by your supervisor to ensure the proper functioning of the facility.

To achieve this, your main duties will be:

  • Carry out the loading of finished products onto trucks, tankers, and box trucks (forklift operator duties) for dispatch to customers. Comply with the legislation on the road transport of dangerous goods regarding loading and stowage operations.

  • Carry out the manufacturing of finished products: Asphalt emulsions, modified asphalt bitumens, and bitumens with specific penetrations (blending), for subsequent dispatch to customers. Compliance with the guidelines set out in the corresponding procedures, operational manuals, and formulations/recipes. Obtain finished products within the established quality specifications. Manufacturing times aligned with customer delivery needs in accordance with the guidelines established by your supervisor.

  • Carry out conservation maintenance, participating in the preventive and corrective maintenance of the facility when required to ensure its proper operation. Complete and update the maintenance management software programs. Prepare breakdown reports. Replace defective equipment.

What we're looking for

Who are we looking for?

  • Education and specialization: High school diploma with professional experience, higher-level vocational training, or FP2 in a mechanical or electrical specialty.

  • Languages: Basic level of English for communication with ship crews.

  • Other required knowledge: Proficiency in computer programs, aptitude and qualification course for the storage and handling of dangerous goods for dock or terminal operators (loading master duties); certification as a forklift and elevated platform operator, knowledge of ADR for loading/unloading tankers with dangerous goods.

  • Experience (type and duration): At least 2 years of experience in the operation of industrial facilities and industrial maintenance tasks.
