What we're looking for

Recent graduates with a maximum of 1-2 years of professional experience, a strong willingness to learn and the ability to adapt to new challenges and environments.

We are looking for degrees such as:

Industrial Engineering · Chemical Engineering · Energy Engineering · Industrial Organisation Engineering · Chemistry · Industrial Technologies Engineering

In addition:

Willingness to geographical and functional mobility.
Digital skills.

Nice to have

Advanced English (minimum C1). Portuguese will be positively valued.
International experience will be positively valued.
A Master's Degree required for professional practice in Engineering will be positively valued.

At Moeve, we are looking for talented, curious young professionals who are eager to learn and ready to join Challenging U, our development programme for recent graduates.

Over 2 years, you will have the opportunity to experience different areas of our business, work on real projects and develop a broad perspective of a company undergoing an exciting energy transformation.

What you'll do

2 rotations of 12 months across different business areas.
Master's degree and specialised training to strengthen your professional skills.
