At Moeve, we are transforming energy and mobility to make the world a better place, and we need all the talent we can get to make it happen. This is your opportunity!

What will your role be?

• Design, implement and evolve the MDM operating model, including master data domains, ownership and stewardship principles, roles and responsibilities, governance rules, escalation mechanisms, committees and decision-making forums.
• Establish corporate standards for the definition, maintenance and consumption of master data, including common models, hierarchies, taxonomies, glossaries, critical attributes, quality rules, usage criteria and functional traceability.
• Lead the implementation and evolution of MDM platforms, processes, workflows and capabilities, ensuring their integration with ERPs, transactional systems, analytical platforms, corporate reporting and other critical applications.
• Coordinate with business, technology, architecture, process and corporate function areas to identify, prioritize and resolve inconsistencies, duplicates, information gaps and structural issues associated with critical master data.
• Ensure the quality, consistency, lineage, traceability, control and governance of the master data lifecycle, from creation and modification to validation, publication, archiving or retirement.
• Drive the adoption of MDM standards in strategic projects, migrations, integrations, transformation initiatives, regulatory reporting and analytical or artificial intelligence use cases.
• Act as the corporate reference for master data, advising committees, business owners, corporate functions and technology teams on decisions that require an integrated, cross-functional and governed view of data.
• Define, monitor and communicate performance, quality, adoption, efficiency and value indicators for MDM, linking the discipline to operational improvement, risk reduction, reporting reliability and business value generation.
• Manage the corporate MDM evolution roadmap, prioritizing domains, capabilities, improvements and initiatives based on impact, criticality, technology dependencies, risks, required effort and resource availability.
• Promote a corporate culture of accountability for master data, driving training, communication, support and effective collaboration with Data Owners, Data Stewards, key users and technology teams.
• Identify and escalate risks, blockers, dependencies and relevant decisions to the appropriate governance bodies, ensuring proactive management of issues that may affect operations, reporting or strategic initiatives.
