CIC energiGUNE is looking to hire a maintenance manager to coordinate the proper functioning, availability, and safety of its technical facilities, laboratories, and research spaces.

The selected person will lead a team of 3 maintenance officers, coordinate suppliers and subcontractors, and act as the technical reference for interventions, laboratory renovations, and critical incidents.

We are looking for a solid technical profile, with practical vision, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a scientific-technical environment with complex facilities.

 Main responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the center.
  • Organize and prioritize the daily work of the internal maintenance team.
  • Coordinate interventions with trades, suppliers, and subcontracting companies.
  • Supervise electrical, mechanical, HVAC, automation, technical gas, and fire detection systems.
  • Participate in renovations, adaptations, and commissioning of laboratories and technical facilities.
  • Act in the event of technical incidents or emergencies, making initial decisions based on safety criteria and operational continuity.
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory inspections, and occupational health and safety standards.

Essential requirements

  • Technical engineering degree in industrial engineering or higher-level vocational training (FP Superior) in a technical field with equivalent experience.
  • More than 5 years of experience in maintenance of industrial facilities, laboratories, technology centers, hospitals, pilot plants, or complex technical environments.
