What you'll do

What will your mission be in the company?

• Lead and coordinate the maintenance team.

• Plan and oversee the execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.

• Manage breakdowns and drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize equipment availability.

• Monitor departmental KPIs, prepare reports, and present results to management.

• Collaborate with Production, Warehousing, Quality, and Engineering departments to optimize processes.

• Coordinate projects for improving machinery and facilities, investments, and industrialization.

• Manage external companies and maintenance suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and documentation maintenance standards.

What we're looking for

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar role with responsibility in an industrial environment.

• Knowledge and/or training in Lean Manufacturing (Green Belt), continuous improvement, Power BI, and CMMS.

• You are a proactive person with initiative, methodical, organized, results-oriented, and skilled in customer relations, resourceful, eager to learn, detail-oriented, with a global and cross-functional vision, capable of leading and managing a team, dynamic, flexible, versatile, responsible, and committed to company goals.

Nice to have

• Experience in the food, pharmaceutical, cosmetic, nutraceutical, or packaging industries is a plus.

Education & certifications

• Education in Industrial Technical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a Higher Vocational Training (CFGS) degree and/or similar.

• A Master's degree or training in Maintenance Management is a plus.
