The role

What you'll do

Reporting to the Site Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the correct execution of installations on-site, coordinating teams and resources to meet established deadline, quality, and safety objectives.

Coordinate and supervise the execution of industrial refrigeration, commercial cooling, and HVAC installations.
Organize and manage the human and material resources necessary for the development of the works.
Lead in-house assembly teams and subcontracted companies.
Perform technical and operational monitoring of the works, resolving incidents and guaranteeing compliance with the schedule.
Ensure the correct execution of installations in accordance with plans, technical specifications, and established quality standards.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Occupational Risk Prevention.
Coordinate the commissioning and final delivery of projects together with the site team.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Foreman or in similar positions.
Experience in the execution of mechanical and/or electrical installations.
Experience in industrial refrigeration, industrial cooling, or HVAC projects will be valued.
Availability for weekly travel from Monday to Friday on a national level.
60-hour OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) training (Basic Level).
Technical training in refrigeration and HVAC, electricity, mechanics, welding, or related disciplines will be valued.

📍Residency in Galicia or the central zone will be especially valued, although we will consider applications from other locations.
