Manage recruitment processes for HQ profiles and our stores from start to finish.
Actively search for talent through LinkedIn, job boards, social networks, referrals, and other sources.
Define profiles alongside the heads of each area, understanding the needs of the department and the company.
Collaborate with the Head of Retail, Area Managers, and Store Managers to adapt the search to the pace and needs of retail.
Post offers, screen CVs, conduct interviews, and coordinate onboardings.
Manage several processes at once, including high-volume hiring peaks in stores (campaigns, openings, etc.).
Organize group dynamics and evaluations.
Use and keep the ATS updated so that every candidate has a quality experience.
Create and maintain a candidate network for future needs.
Drive the employer brand: presence on social media, job fairs, and collaboration with schools, universities, and training centers.
