Degree in Business Administration and Management, ADE, Law, or Architecture, with a solid academic record.
Minimum 2/3 years of previous experience.
Advanced level in IT tools: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

What you'll do

Management of leasing operations in the Barcelona office sector (both representing owners and corporate clients), and support in securing exclusive marketing mandates.
Management of corporate clients for their offices in Barcelona, therefore a high level of English is required.
Prospecting and acquisition of new clients seeking new locations and management of the current owner portfolio.
Follow-up of viewings and negotiations between owners and potential tenants or buyers until the end of the transaction.
Support for the Research department in conducting market analyses and studying office rent levels in Barcelona.
Creation of presentations for both exclusivity mandate pitches and follow-ups for current mandates.
Management of the real estate asset database with special emphasis on updating availability.

How you'll work

Start date: Immediate.
Modality: Permanent contract.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday from 9:00h to 14:00h and from 15:00h to 19:00h. Friday from 8:00h to 15:00h. Intensive working day from July 1st to September 15th (8:00h to 15:00h).
