Administrative Assistant (Disability Certificate Valued)

We are currently looking to bring an Administrative Assistant on board to join our team in Constantí.

• Manage different customer requests to create the appropriate files for carrying out the work and follow up until their completion.
• Create the different types of work orders in the system so that the costs of the work performed can be allocated.
• Send quotes once the maintenance work has been completed.
• Execute the tasks in which their participation is required, in order to carry them out in terms of quality and deadlines.
• Vocational training or a training cycle in Administration or similar.
