We are currently looking for a UTE Administrative Manager for Madrid.

What you'll do

- Management of the financial accounting of the UTE, ensuring the correct recording and monitoring of accounting information.

- Preparation, review, and analysis of balance sheets, monthly closings, and economic reports.

- Control of treasury, including forecasting, management, and monitoring of collections and payments.

- Issuance and monitoring of invoicing to clients.

- Management and filing of taxes and tax obligations.

- Recording and analysis of balance sheets for non-managed UTEs.

- Coordination with the construction site, central administration, UTE partners, clients, and suppliers.

- Administrative document control and support in closings, audits, and internal reporting.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

- Intermediate or Advanced Vocational Training in Administration. A degree in Business Sciences, Business Administration and Management (ADE), or similar is valued.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a construction or engineering company as a Site Administrator, with previous experience as a UTE Manager being highly valued.

- Possibility of geographic mobility within the Autonomous Community according to the needs of the projects.

- Advanced level of Microsoft Office.
