Job Description

What you'll do

In everything we do, we believe in doing what is right for people: our clients, their customers, our people, our community, and our planet.

As a receptionist and administrative assistant in our team, you will:

- Receive clients, employees, and suppliers
- Manage and redirect calls

- Coordinate outsourced services (cleaning, repairs, maintenance, building property)

- Access control

- Manage and prepare meeting rooms, common areas, and parking.

- Support the Risk Prevention Department.

- Manage shipments

- Support internal employee events

- Monitor the shared mailbox.

- Manage visits (access, parking, rooms, catering) and corporate travel.

- Make purchases and provide general services through internal systems.
