Requirements

• Previous experience as a site foreman, team leader, or reinforcement steel assembly manager.

• Real knowledge of the reinforcement steel, building, or civil engineering sector.

• Ability to interpret assembly plans.

• Experience in coordinating teams and subcontractors.

• Knowledge of safety, prevention, and coordination of business activities.

• Basic computer skills.

• A resourceful, organized person, with natural authority on-site and a results orientation.

• Experience with management systems, measurements, certifications, or platforms such as SAP, PREINFA, Armaplus, or similar will be valued.

ConfiARTE is selecting for an important industrial company specializing in steel solutions for construction a Site Manager with proven experience in steel reinforcement, corrugated steel assembly, and team coordination on site.

We are looking for a person with a trade, leadership in the field, and the ability to ensure the correct execution of the work, coordinating their own teams, subcontractors, clients, technical office, and production, always under criteria of safety, quality, deadline, cost, and productivity.

Main duties

The selected person will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the execution of steel reinforcement work on the assigned sites, ensuring planning, assembly quality, and compliance with deadlines.

• Organize and supervise reinforcement steel assembly work on-site.

• Coordinate work teams, subcontractors, and contracting companies.

• Review plans, technical documentation, and assembly needs together with the technical office.

• Plan material deliveries and control their correct receipt and use on-site.

• Perform measurements, certifications, and performance monitoring.

• Control costs, detect deviations, and propose corrective measures.

• Guarantee compliance with health and safety plans.

• Coordinate with assembly managers, workshops, logistics, prevention, clients, and suppliers.

• Report incidents, progress, and site needs.

Area: Catalonia
