The role

As a Site Foreman in Villena, you will have the responsibility of supervising and coordinating construction projects in the real estate sector. This position requires experience in construction management and organizational skills to ensure the correct execution of projects.

What you'll do

Supervise and coordinate daily activities on the construction site.
Ensure compliance with established deadlines and the quality of the work performed.
Manage available resources, including materials and personnel.
Oversee compliance with safety regulations at work.
Resolve any incidents that may arise during construction execution.
Prepare progress reports and report to the project management.
Control the budget assigned to the construction site.

Previous experience in construction management as a site foreman, of at least 10 years.

Valid driver's license.
