The role

At Paul Marlex, we are collaborating with a consolidated and growing company in the construction sector to recruit a Junior Site Manager who wants to develop their professional career in a close-knit, stable environment with a real growth plan. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with initial experience on site or in a technical office who want to gain a comprehensive view of project management and progress toward a position of greater responsibility.

What you'll do

You will join the technical team to provide support in the comprehensive management of construction sites, participating in both technical monitoring and economic control of projects. You will have the support of the team and the general coordinator to progressively gain autonomy and take on responsibilities typical of a Site Manager.

Support in monitoring and controlling site execution.
Preparation of measurements and budgets.
Cost tracking and certifications.
Work planning and coordination of trades.
Site documentation management.
Support in coordination with subcontractors, technical management teams, and clients.
Implementation and monitoring of quality, health, and safety procedures.

What profile are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with:

At least 1 year of experience on site and/or in a technical office.
Practical knowledge of construction and economic project control.
Proficiency in Presto or similar construction management tools.
Organizational skills, initiative, and attention to detail.
Interest in continuing to learn and grow professionally within the sector.

Previous experience in residential building, renovation, industrial construction, or livestock building projects will be valued.

Formal qualifications are not an essential requirement if you can demonstrate technical knowledge and proven experience.
