About the opportunity

From ConfiARTE, a consultancy specialized in personnel selection and talent acquisition, we are selecting 6 Industrial Welding Operators to join a leading industrial company located in Castellbisbal (Barcelona).

This is an opportunity aimed at professionals with welding experience who wish to join a solid, structured industrial environment with continuous activity, participating directly in the manufacturing and transformation processes of metal products.

We are looking for technically proficient profiles, responsible and committed to quality, safety, and teamwork.

You will be part of the production team, participating in the processes of manufacturing, assembly, and welding of metal components and structures, ensuring that the work is carried out in accordance with technical specifications, quality standards, and the procedures established by the company.

Your work will play a direct role in meeting production objectives and in the final quality of the product.

Main duties

• Performing industrial welding work using MIG/MAG, TIG, and/or electrode processes, depending on the position and production needs.
• Preparation, positioning, assembly, and adjustment of metal parts and components.
• Interpretation of blueprints, sketches, diagrams, and technical manufacturing documentation.
• Preparation of materials and surfaces before the execution of the work.
• Control of measurements, tolerances, alignments, and correct execution of welded joints.
• Performing visual inspections and checking the quality of the work performed.
• Proper use of equipment, tools, and machinery specific to the position.
• Basic maintenance and care of work equipment and tools.
• Identification and communication of possible incidents or deviations during the production process.
• Compliance with internal manufacturing, quality, and Occupational Risk Prevention procedures.
• Collaboration with the rest of the production team to ensure the fulfillment of established objectives.
