Technical Office Technician

• Solid knowledge of technical drawing and interpretation of architectural and construction drawings.
• Fluency in AutoCAD.

In your day-to-day work, you will take on the technical preparation of construction projects before they enter production, ensuring maximum precision in all technical-operational documentation:

• Interpretation and analysis: Detailed reading of architectural drawings, technical documentation and project specifications.
• Preparation of drawings and details: Development and preparation of fabrication drawings and executable construction details.
• Breakdowns and material take-offs: Exact definition of material requirements per project and preparation of breakdowns for profiles, glass, hardware and accessories.
• Pre-production quality control: Rigorous checking of measurements, dimensions and typologies before issuing the fabrication order.
• Interdepartmental coordination: Coordinated work with production, workshop, purchasing and site management teams.
• Incident management and updating: Early detection and resolution of technical inconsistencies, updating documentation according to project modifications.
