🚛 Are you passionate about the fleet sector, service management, and tire performance optimization? We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented professional to join our team and play a key role in managing and developing solutions for large fleets.

Your mission

You will be responsible for managing our tire and service contracts with industrial vehicle fleets in various modalities (Cost per kilometer, Pay&Go ) , ensuring excellent operational execution and contributing to business growth through collaboration in contract renewals and commercial actions.

Main responsibilities

• Manage and administer contracts ensuring their correct monitoring and compliance.
• Collaborate in contract renewal processes and support business development and sales initiatives.
• Perform PPM (Product Performance Monitoring) of our products and the competition, analyzing performance and proposing improvement actions.
• Carry out Fleet Checks, providing technical inspection and specialized assistance to customers.
• Manage the Rubber Bank program, optimizing asset utilization and control.
• Supervise casing management, guaranteeing traceability and maximum tire lifecycle value.
• Drive training and operational support to the network in all processes related to our Conti360 fleet management program.
• Develop, implement, and monitor the work protocols defined with each fleet customer, ensuring operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
