A leading company in the manufacture and sale of decorative and industrial paints wants to continue betting heavily on its industrial liquid paint line. To this end, we are looking to hire a Sales Technician for Catalonia to lead the development of this business line in the region.

This project represents a great opportunity for professionals in the sector who wish to take on a strategic challenge: creating, from the field, an original client network for a technical and established product, but with a commercial expansion approach differentiated from the decorative channel.

The selected person will join a solid company with a long-term vision and strong investment in sales tools, in a dynamic and growing environment.

Your objective will be to commercially develop the assigned area (Catalonia), prescribing liquid industrial paint products in the engineering, construction, and professional application sectors, and working with technical profiles.

• Acquisition and loyalty of industrial clients.
• Technical-commercial advice on specific solutions for anti-corrosive protection.
• Market and competitor analysis, preparation of activity reports.
• Presentation and negotiation of commercial proposals.
• Resolution of incidents and follow-up of after-sales service.
• Coordination with the technical area and direct communication with headquarters.

• Technical, Industrial, Chemical, or similar training.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales within the industrial paint sector or related technical solutions.
• Residency in the province of Barcelona.
• Advanced Spanish and Catalan; intermediate level of English.
• Autonomous profile, with customer orientation, strategic vision, and negotiation skills.
