What we're looking for

University Degree in Law or Business Administration and Management
At least 36 months of experience in managing reports communicated through the ethics channel or whistleblowing channel.
At least 36 months of experience in supervision and control of the controls implemented to manage Compliance risks.
At least 36 months of experience in advising the organization on matters related to Compliance
Accredited knowledge of Compliance.
Accredited knowledge of New Technologies Law, privacy, and intellectual property.
Accredited knowledge of legal databases, such as Aranzadi or Lefebvre.
Accredited advanced level knowledge of office automation, especially in Word.
B2 level of English. Possession of the language level within the European reference framework must be accredited.

Nice to have

Recent accredited experience within the main activity to be developed, with the minimum required in the qualifications section, within the 36 months prior to the publication of this call.
University Master's degree related to the functions assigned to the position being called, recognized or homologated by the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training.
Second degree of equal or higher grade than the required one, recognized or homologated by the Ministry of Education and Vocational Training.
Complementary training linked to the functions and duly accredited, carried out within the last 8 years and with a minimum duration of 30 h or more.
C1 level or higher in English. Possession of the language level within the European reference framework must be accredited.

The role

Are you looking for the opportunity to develop yourself and be part of a project within a recognized company in the sector? The Sociedad Estatal Correos y Telégrafos, S. A., S. M. E. is looking for a Compliance Specialist Lawyer, in Madrid.

What you'll do

Participate in the updating of the criminal risk map of the Correos Group companies.
Perform the follow-up and monitoring of controls in accordance with the established annual planning.
Participate in the review and adaptation of internal regulations regarding Compliance (the General Code of Conduct and the various internal policies).
Participate in the design and development of the Compliance training Plan, as well as in the carrying out of communication and awareness actions.
Provide compliance advice to the Correos Group.
Review contractual documents and supplier codes of conduct.
Attend to inquiries made by other areas in relation to the group's compliance system.
Prepare compliance reports related to the organization's internal policies.
Review and propose improvement actions regarding the processes and procedures of the area.
Manage internal reports from the Ethics Channel assigned to you by the Head of the Internal Information System: processing of communications, planning and development of internal investigations, drafting of resolution proposals.
Implementation of the agreed action measures.
Prepare reporting reports to the Head of the Internal Information System.
Implement due diligence systems for Correos Group business partners.
Any other analogous task that responds to the general and training factors attributed to your Professional Group inherent to your position.
