The role

Macenas Mediterranean Resort (Mojácar) aims to renaturalize the environment and enhance the environmental and cultural heritage of Macenas.

The complex will consist of housing, including single-family, semi-detached, and high-rise homes, two hotels, a golf course, a social club, a flora and fauna interpretation center, restaurants, and a gym.

What you'll do

Perform kitchen and dining room duties; preparing, cooking, and distributing food and beverages to ensure efficient food service within the organization.
They will be responsible for the proper functioning of the kitchen to the head chef.
They will communicate directly with the head chef.
They will distribute, organize, and direct the work of their assistants in the preparation of dishes for the station or event, closely supervising the work and clarifying and informing about any doubts that may arise.
They will prepare and finish the specific dishes of the station for which they are responsible, taking care in the presentation and plating of the requested items.
You will participate in the control of supplies, conservation, and storage of goods.
They will carry out the preparation, seasoning, and presentation of dishes using the most suitable techniques.
They will collaborate in the ordering and preservation of raw materials and products used in the kitchen.
Collaborates in the setup, service, and breakdown of buffets.
Reviews and controls the materials used in the kitchen, communicating any incidents regarding them.
Collaborates in the planning of menus and cards.
Collaborates in cost and inventory management, as well as in purchasing.
Controls and takes care of the preservation and utilization of the products placed at their disposal.
