You are one of us if your heart beats for hospitality. If you are generous with your help and honest with your feedback. If your mind ignites with new knowledge and you move forward with determination. Are you the person who makes the restaurant reservation and chooses the wine? Then you will feel right at home with us. You also bring:
Ongoing or recently completed studies in computer science, systems, networks, or similar (degree or vocational training).
Basic handling of Windows and macOS, and curiosity to understand why something fails and how to fix it.
Clear communication and a friendly manner with non-technical people, explaining without jargon.
Order and rigor with inventory, procedures, and documentation.
Professional Spanish and sufficient English to read documentation and collaborate with teams in other countries.
Plus: knowledge of networks, user and access management, or device management tools.
The support team is the first line of help so that the rest of HTG can work without friction. When a laptop won't boot, an access doesn't work, or new equipment isn't ready on someone's first day, it is felt by the whole team. We are looking for an IT Support Intern to support our support team in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of equipment, so that your colleagues can focus on resolving incidents and serving our hospitality customers.
You will learn with real cases, with a mentor by your side, and with direct exposure to how the operation of a technology company serving restaurants works.
You will not manage cloud infrastructure or production systems.
You will not decide on security, purchases, or device policies, which are defined by the team.
You will not directly serve customers or resolve technical product escalations.
At 30 days: you know the team's inventory, tools, and procedures, and you prepare standard equipment from start to finish under supervision.
At 90 days: you prepare and deliver equipment autonomously, resolve basic equipment and access incidents, and have documented at least one procedure that the team already uses.
Prepare standard equipment under supervision: system installation, updates, and corporate applications.
Review and label the inventory of equipment and peripherals.
Handle simple configuration requests and help with the team's day-to-day operations.
Ensuring every piece of equipment arrives ready: install and configure laptops, peripherals, and corporate software following security standards, so that new hires can work from day one.
Ensuring equipment keeps working: perform preventive and corrective maintenance, apply updates, and resolve basic hardware, software, and access incidents.
Ensuring knowledge is not lost: keep the inventory up to date and document procedures and solutions in the team's knowledge base.

Imagine working in an environment that feels like the best dinner you've ever had: dynamic, human, and built on passion. Hospitality Tech Group combines the strengths of Zenchef and CoverManager—two complementary leaders joining forces as an independent global technology team for hospitality. We operate through Zenchef in France, Benelux, and the DACH region, and through CoverManager in the Iberian Peninsula, Italy, and LATAM.
We bring restaurants and their customers closer together thanks to technology—and our heart beats for hospitality. Because progress is our compass, and we always move forward together.
Feeling hungry? Take a seat! — especially if your favorite plan is going out to dinner.
🫶 Hospitality at heart: We are hospitality experts who bring genuine care and deep industry knowledge to everything we do—for our customers and among ourselves.
🤝 Better together: We put people first and succeed as a united team—supporting each other, learning from one another, and continuously improving through shared knowledge and feedback.
🚀 Progress over perfection: We believe in the power of progress. We prioritize action over idealism to unlock our full potential and achieve extraordinary results.
You will be part of the Tech support team, which works side-by-side with Hospitality (first level of support) and with the development teams when an incident requires technical escalation. It is a close-knit team, with daily communication via Slack, where asking questions, sharing knowledge, and giving feedback is part of the day-to-day. You will have an assigned mentor from day one.
