From our Artificial Intelligence (AI) team, we are looking for professionals who want to take on the new challenges that technology and the way we interact with the world present to us. From this department, you will have the opportunity to work on challenging and dynamic projects; exploring, developing, and implementing AI solutions for our clients.

What will your day-to-day look like?

• Design, develop, and implement Artificial Intelligence solutions, including agent-based systems (multi-agent) and advanced automation.
• Participate in the technical definition and leadership of AI projects, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams under agile and waterfall methodologies.
• Develop applications and services in Python, PHP, and .NET, integrating data from multiple APIs and heterogeneous systems.
• Administer and secure Linux and cloud environments, supporting the deployment of containerized solutions with Docker and Docker-Compose.
• Design and optimize complex data models and relational database schemas (PostgreSQL, MySQL), as well as ETL processes.
• Collaborate on innovation projects (IoT, traceability, blockchain, industrial cybersecurity), from MVP ideation to implementation.
• Contribute to research activities, knowledge transfer, and technical documentation, aligned with quality and security standards.

What are we looking for?

• Solid (senior) experience in software engineering and artificial intelligence, with the ability to technically lead complex solutions.
• Education in Computer Engineering (PhD valued) and a solid foundation in computer architecture, distributed systems, and cloud.
• Advanced knowledge of Linux system administration, scripting (Bash), and version control with Git (GitLab/GitHub).
• Practical experience with containers (Docker) and deploying applications in cloud environments.
• Ability to develop AI and automation solutions in Python (including multi-agent systems) and knowledge of PHP.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, technological ethics, and the design of secure and traceable solutions.
• Profile with initiative, an innovation mindset, communication skills, and experience in academic, research, or technology transfer environments.

• Participar en la definición técnica y el liderazgo de proyectos de IA, colaborando con equipos multidisciplinares bajo metodologías ágiles y waterfall.
• Desarrollar aplicaciones y servicios en Python, PHP y .NET, integrando datos procedentes de múltiples APIs y sistemas heterogéneos.
• Administrar y securizar entornos Linux y cloud, apoyando el despliegue de soluciones contenerizadas con Docker y Docker‑Compose.
• Diseñar y optimizar modelos de datos complejos y esquemas de bases de datos relacionales (PostgreSQL, MySQL), así como procesos ETL.
• Colaborar en proyectos de innovación (IoT, trazabilidad, blockchain, ciberseguridad industrial), desde la ideación de MVPs hasta su implantación.
• Contribuir a actividades de investigación, transferencia de conocimiento y documentación técnica, alineadas con estándares de calidad y seguridad.

¿Qué estamos buscando?

• Experiencia sólida (senior) en ingeniería de software e inteligencia artificial, con capacidad para liderar técnicamente soluciones complejas.
• Formación en Ingeniería Informática (valorándose Doctorado) y base sólida en arquitectura de computadores, sistemas distribuidos y cloud.
• Conocimientos avanzados en administración de sistemas Linux, scripting (Bash) y control de versiones con Git (GitLab/GitHub).
• Experiencia práctica con contenedores (Docker) y despliegue de aplicaciones en entornos cloud.
• Capacidad para desarrollar soluciones de IA y automatización en Python (incluyendo sistemas multi‑agente) y conocimientos de PHP.
• Conocimientos en ciberseguridad, ética tecnológica y diseño de soluciones seguras y trazables.
• Perfil con iniciativa, orientación a la innovación, capacidad de comunicación y experiencia en entornos académicos, de investigación o transferencia tecnológica.
