At Devoteam, we are looking to hire a Senior AI Engineer to participate in innovative Generative Artificial Intelligence projects, designing and developing solutions based on agents, RAG architectures, and cloud technologies within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

You will work with technologies such as Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Python, and agent frameworks, participating in the design of architectures, the development of multi-agent systems, and the deployment of scalable, secure AI solutions prepared for production environments.

We are looking for a person with solid technical experience, autonomy, the ability to make architectural decisions, and the motivation to technically lead the development of Artificial Intelligence solutions, collaborating directly with clients and multidisciplinary teams.

You will be part of a team specialized in Generative Artificial Intelligence, participating in the design, development, deployment, and evolution of advanced AI solutions and agent systems for our clients.

• Design generative AI solution architectures, agents, and RAG on Microsoft Foundry and Azure, evaluating technological alternatives, risks, and design decisions.

• Develop and implement multi-agent systems, including orchestration mechanisms, tool integration, agent-to-agent (A2A) communication, and MCP servers.

• Design and implement RAG solutions, optimizing information retrieval processes, relevance, and the quality of generated responses.

• Define and implement model evaluation and validation mechanisms, including automated testing, evaluations with real data, and analysis of response variability.

• Optimize the performance and costs of AI solutions, selecting models and configurations according to quality, latency, and economic efficiency criteria.

• Deploy and operate solutions in Azure, applying best practices for security, identity management, permissions, private networks, and observability.

• Define monitoring and operation strategies through traces, metrics, alerts, and tools such as Application Insights.

• Incorporate security and Responsible AI principles, including protection against prompt injection, secrets management, content filtering, and traceability.

• Participate in technical pre-sales activities, effort estimation, preparation of demonstrations, and workshops with clients.

• Collaborate directly with the client's technical and functional teams, translating business needs into viable technological solutions.

• Review code, establish development standards, and provide technical guidance to junior profiles.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of architectures, development processes, and AI engineering best practices.

The position offers a work model that is 100% remote from any location in Spain.
