Requirements

What we're looking for

Hands-on experience with GECX / Google Conversational AI.
Knowledge of contact center, voice, and chat architectures.
Experience in Prompt Engineering.
Experience working with Generative Playbooks.
Ability to research, prototype, and validate architectural alternatives.

Nice to have

Experience with Customer Experience Agent Studio and Stateful Flows.
Agentic / multi-agent architectures.
Experience in regulated environments or banking.

Ideal profile: someone capable of covering the journey Contact Center → GECX → Conversational Agents → Playbooks/Prompting → APIs/Backends, not merely a generalist GenAI profile.

The role

We are looking for a profile with solid experience in Gemini Enterprise for Customer Experience (GECX) to help us evaluate and design the evolution of our Conversational AI platform.

What you'll do

Be a technical reference in GECX, understanding capabilities, architecture, and limitations.
Analyze especially the voice and contact center capabilities, including Google telephony solutions and integration with external PBX systems.
Design integrations with APIs, backends, and corporate systems.
Design and evolve conversational experiences with Generative Playbooks and Prompt Engineering.
Participate in the definition of Conversational AI and generative agent architectures.
