Requirements

What we're looking for

- At least 2/3 years of practical experience managing SOAR solutions (orchestration, automation and response).

- Understanding of Chronicle and/or Cortex architecture. Proficient in Python. Experience in administering and troubleshooting Linux systems.

- Strong technical skills.

- Relevant certification.

- Experience as a SOC analyst.

Nice to have

- Experience with SIEM and big data systems.

The role

What you'll do

The duties you will carry out are the following:

- Management, validation, resolution, and control of detected
incidents.

- Use of complementary data sources, such as threat intelligence
feeds, vulnerability data, and user information,
to carry out enhanced correlation and analysis.

- Security analysis of current and historical alerts to
identify malicious activity

- Conduct event-driven threat hunting,
extract IOCs when applicable, and analyze for other security incidents

- Isolation of issues, impact analysis, and distribution of
remediation measures.

- Likewise, advise on improving the security posture, when
appropriate

- Identification of opportunities to customize and improve
detection rules and digital playbooks
