As Traffic administrator, you will report directly to the Freight responsible and play a key role in ensuring customers shipments from booking through to completion, ensuring operational excellence, proactive communication, and a first-class customer experience.
🎯 What You'll Be Doing
Proactively monitor shipments and provide timely updates to customers and stakeholders.
Identify and resolve operational issues, delays, or service challenges.
Plan and coordinate transportation services, ensuring the fulfillment of daily operations.
Liaise with carriers, suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
Accept and process customer bookings accurately and efficiently.
Collaborate in the optimization of routes and resources, contributing to the continuous improvement of operations.
