The role

Do you have experience in the traffic and logistics area? Are you looking for a stable project in the industrial and automotive sector with the possibility of joining the permanent staff? At Randstad, we are looking for a traffic administrative profile like you! If you have computer proficiency for route management and optimization, availability for night/early morning shifts, and immediate availability, this is your opportunity!

What you'll do

Fleet and driver management: Daily operational coordination, service assignment, and driver support.

Operational supervision: Real-time control and monitoring of loads, shipments, deliveries, and collections.

Resolving issues

Coordination and administrative tasks: Control of delivery notes, transport documentation, and direct communication with customers, the warehouse, and route personnel.

Plant support: Occasional operation of a front forklift if the operational needs of the warehouse require it.

Requirements

Demonstrable previous experience of at least 2 years in Traffic Administrative positions, fleet control, and shipment monitoring.

Ability to take on the administrative and operational management of the center.

Knowledge of transport route optimization.

Proficiency in IT tools and specific transport management software (TMS).

Possession of a valid forklift license will be valued.

Organized and proactive profile

Availability to work the indicated night shift and for immediate start.

Benefits and conditions

Contract and incorporation: Hiring with urgent and immediate incorporation and a real possibility of moving to the company's permanent staff.

Working day and hours: Full-time intensive night/early morning shift (shifts between 01:00 h and 09:00 h or 04:00 h and 12:00 h)

Salary: According to the collective agreement of the transport and logistics sector / merit.
