The role
We need to hire a labor technician who will carry out the following duties:
What you'll do
- Reconciliation and issuance of Social Security payment receipts (RNT/RLC), error correction, and submission.
- Reconciliation and filing of monthly/annual taxes.
- Reconciliation and posting of accounting entries.
- Monitoring and reconciliation of wage garnishments.
- Reconciliation and issuance of monthly payroll (back pay, adjustments, flexible compensation, social benefits, etc.)
- Calculation of salary arrears.
- Management of personal income tax (IRPF).
- Configuration of collective bargaining agreements.
Job requirements
- - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP functions; PivotTables.
- - Experience managing different collective bargaining agreements (provincial or national).
- - Experience managing different interprovincial work centers.
- - Dynamic individual accustomed to working in a team and in a multidisciplinary manner.
- - Knowledge of the SAGE system is a plus.
