The role
What you'll do
- Payroll management: Administer and process payroll, ensuring correct calculations of salaries, taxes, and deductions.
- Manage procedures related to Social Security, staff hiring, registrations and cancellations with Social Security, management of work-related disabilities, among others.
- Management of paid leave, unemployment, and other benefits.
- Accident management.
- Monitoring compliance with the working day.
- Document management.
- Telephone and in-person customer service.
- Email management.
- Other duties related to the labor field.
How you'll work
- Full-time position: 3 days a week, including Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and 2 days a week from 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
