The role
What you'll do

Customers rate our service through the QRs located throughout the lounge; therefore, it is important that we seek to create quality experiences for all those people who visit us. All of us working in the VIP Lounges play a fundamental role in our customers' satisfaction.
As a runner, your main functions and/or responsibilities will be:
- Attend to customers in the Iberia VIP Lounges.
- Manage the Buffet in the VIP Lounges, the wine cellar, and the restaurant (a la carte service).
- Clear and clean the tables in the VIP Lounges.
