The role

What you'll do

  • Review and confirm the initial and final flight routing and/or services for the following day submitted by the client. 

  • Supervise and monitor the aircraft loading and unloading process: vehicle assignment, license plate and parking spot verification, time control, and incident management. 

  • Resolve incidents or modifications with external clients and manage breakdowns of the vehicles involved in the loading and/or unloading process. 

  • Reorganize the established schedule versus available resources.

  • Collect all information regarding reserved meals for both passengers and crew from all clients and enter it into the computer system. 

  • Monitor the evolution and final passenger count of the flight within the times established by the client, to determine if an increase or reduction of service is necessary at the last minute. 

  • Supervise and coordinate the need for support from the Team Assistants during loading to address last-minute incidents. 

  • Manage and monitor special, crew, and paid meals, following the same procedure as for regular menus. 

  • Maintain a record of quantities and prepare the final service order for each flight to, once completed, send it to the Billing department. 

  • Print spreadsheets and process the delivery notes for each of the airlines and deliver them to the ramp supervisors.
