Requirements

What we're looking for

Previous experience of at least 2 years in a similar position within the Airline Catering, Events, and Hospitality sector, performing customer service functions with knowledge of protocol and event organization.
Training and knowledge in Hospitality and/or event organization.
Dynamic and organized person with management and negotiation skills.
Customer orientation.
Advanced level of English (C1).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business management systems.

The role

We are currently looking within our airport division for a supervisor / 2nd maitre profile to manage the team in one of our VIP lounges, an exclusive space where world-class gastronomy and top-tier customer service set the standard.

What you'll do

Supervise the tasks of the service and cleaning staff in the Iberia VIP Lounges.
Attend to customers regarding incidents or management of needs.
Verify internal and external protocols.
Perform correct management of daily operations, carrying out an inventory of materials for the VIP lounges. Make decisions and resolve conflicts in the service operations.
Train new company employees in service matters.
Prepare staff rosters.
Perform product testing in the lounge to ensure compliance with what has been agreed upon with the client, reporting incidents to the Customer & Lounges Sr Manager.
Manage, lead, evaluate and motivate the service and cleaning team of the Iberia VIP Lounges.
