Who FITS this role?

An organized person who knows how to prioritize their tasks, with analytical skills to diagnose faults, a willingness to learn and stay up to date with the latest developments in their field, motivated to achieve the objectives set and with an interest in technology.

Hold a Mid-Level or Higher-Level Vocational Training qualification related to Automotive (Vehicle Electromechanics, Automotive) or similar.
Ability to use technical literature, e.g., Autodata manuals.
Good command of computer applications.
At least 2 years of experience in the duties described.
Driving license B.

The role

At Domingo Alonso Group we are looking for a person to join our team in Tenerife (metropolitan area) to perform the role of Electromechanic.

What you'll do

Diagnose and repair electronic, electrical and mechanical faults.
Perform adjustments on engines, gearboxes, timing belts, etc.
Carry out periodic maintenance.
Carry out vehicle pre-delivery inspections.
Document faults (type and time spent) in the internal computer application.
Explain faults in video format so that the customer can understand them.
Install accessories and optional equipment.
Update control units.
Maintain order and cleanliness in the workplace and the workshop in general.
Provide support to other mechanics and apprentices in resolving vehicle issues.

How you'll work

Schedule: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday to Friday.
