What are we looking for in you?
- Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, Technical, Architecture...).
- At least three years of previous experience in commercial positions, preferably in technical or consultative sales.
- Highly valued experience in: elevator renovation or modernization, building construction or renovation, installations (electricity, HVAC, etc.).
- Advanced level of Office.
- Knowledge of commercial management tools (CRM, ERP, Sage X3, etc.).

At DUPLEX Ascensores, we are looking for a Commercial Advisor for Renovation to join the Commercial team at our Córdoba Branch.

What will you do in your day-to-day?
- Active market prospecting, identifying buildings and communities with potential for elevator renovation (cold calling, direct contacts, and networking with property managers).
- Acquisition of new clients: contact with community presidents, managers, and owners, generating commercial meetings, and providing support until the decision is made.
- Visits to buildings for data collection and initial technical-commercial analysis.
- Coordination with the technical team to define the most suitable solution for each project.
- Preparation, presentation, and defense of technical-economic offers, explaining the scope of the work, benefits, deadlines, and conditions.
- Continuous follow-up of proposals, management of objections, and adaptation of offers according to client needs.
- Negotiation with communities and managers, participating in owners' meetings when necessary.
- Integral management of the commercial process, from acquisition to contract closure.
- Updating the commercial pipeline and periodic reporting of activity and results.
- Coordination of the project handover to the execution team and initial follow-up to guarantee customer satisfaction.
