Technical Analyst and Application Administrator

What are we looking for in you?
- Residence in the Community of Madrid.
- Degree in computer engineering or equivalent.
- At least two years of previous experience in analyst/programmer roles, level two and three support in software development, maintenance, and evolution.
- Communication and interpersonal skills with application users.
- Highly valued: experience with Sage X3 and SQL language.
- Valued: experience in report development with Crystal Reports and experience with ITSM service management tools.

At DUPLEX Ascensores, we are looking for a Technical Analyst and Application Administrator to join the Systems team at our headquarters.

What will you do in your day-to-day?
- Administer, maintain, and evolve the company's corporate applications (Sage X3, GMAO, DocuWare...).
- Analyze functional and technical incidents, performing diagnosis, resolution, and coordination with manufacturers and providers.
- Manage the configuration, parameterization, and maintenance of business applications.
- Analyze business requirements and transform them into functional and technical solutions.
- Define, document, and supervise functional and integration tests.
- Coordinate implementations, updates, and deployments of new versions.
- Design and document operating procedures, user manuals, and technical documentation.
- Participate in digital transformation, automation, and application integration projects.
- Supervise the quality, integrity, and availability of the data managed by the applications.
- Administer profiles, permissions, and security models for the various corporate platforms.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external providers to guarantee the operational continuity of the systems.
- Propose functional and technical improvements that increase the efficiency of business processes.
- Train and provide support to key users and end users.
