The role

At DUPLEX Ascensores, we are looking for a Site Manager to join the Commercial team of the Madrid branch.

What you'll do

What will you do in your day-to-day?
- Supervise, coordinate, and support site personnel, ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality standards.
- Plan, organize, and control the entire construction execution process, from reception to delivery.
- Manage the contracting of site units and coordinate subcontractors.
- Maintain direct communication with clients (homeowners' associations) and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with risk prevention protocols, safety, and applicable regulations.
- Control costs, resources, and technical documentation for each project.
- Detect incidents or deviations and propose solutions to guarantee the success of the project.
- Collaborate with other departments (maintenance, technical, logistics...) to optimize processes and results.
